Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship to Elite Truck

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized truck boxes.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
