Designed for high-roof vans carrying multiple ladders, the Max Rack 2.0 – Double features dual independent lowering mechanisms that provide safe, controlled access to two ladders. Each ladder lowers in a single smooth motion using gas shock assistance, minimizing physical strain and enhancing operator safety. The single-motion design keeps users safely behind the vehicle throughout operation, while rugged construction and extreme-condition testing ensure long-term reliability in demanding work environments.
- Dual Controlled Descent Systems - Independently lowers two ladders in smooth, fluid motions for maximum efficiency.
- Gas Shock Assisted Operation - Reduces lifting effort when raising and lowering ladders, improving ergonomics and ease of use.
- Safety-First Design - Single-motion lowering allows operators to remain clear of the ladder’s path, eliminating the need to stand underneath or use secondary releases.
- Reduced Operator Movement - 81° handle sweep drives a 141° system rotation, delivering controlled lowering with minimal effort.
- Protective Interlocking Ladder Hooks - Aluminum hooks with plastic coating protect ladders while ensuring secure retention.
